A:AnswerI can't speak for other examples, but the one I got was virtually flawless, there were no visible problems and the operation was as expected. Be aware that it only comes with the phone and the charger, no documentation, headphones, OTG adapter, or any other information.
A:AnswerI used mine in Bahamas recently but had to swap a local SIM Chip from Island carrier and worked as new from Apps to calls. Check your local country and simply obtain a SIM from local carrier of choice and swap with your US domestic one as is unlocked. If your US carrier offers international plan (upcharge) no need to swap out. Hope that helps
