A: I can't speak for other examples, but the one I got was virtually flawless, there were no visible problems and the operation was as expected. Be aware that it only comes with the phone and the charger, no documentation, headphones, OTG adapter, or any other information.

Refurbished Galaxy
Nice phone, but still trying to figure out how it works. The wrong charger cord was sent with it so now I have to find time to go the Best Buy to get one. Big inconvenience.

So Far, So Good
Refurbished Geek Squad S9+ (unlocked) - excellent shape and functions as new. Only complaint is came with wall charger only and nothing further, however Best Buy was transparent and was not a surprise (was holding out hope). Would buy refurbished again in future as has been a positive experience thus far.

The phone would have been fabulous but the one I recieved was actually a live unit demo phone which is not to be sold cause it won't work. I was not mad at all. Was actually funny when I realized. The only frustrating thing was that I tried for 3 days to activate my phone, wondering why it wasnt working...Until I realized the problem. I went to the nearest Best Buy and they took care of me and had a phone in stock for me. So I was able to get a new phone that same day. The phone itself, even being a used, refurbished phone, deserves 5 starts. But with the experience I'm rating it a 4.
