A:AnswerSo I got this tablet for 129.99 refurbished, after close inspection I noticed that the slot that holds the SD card doesn't close perfectly. But when you put it in a case you can't even notice. So I assumed that someone paid 300.00 saw that and returned the tablet and it was sold as refurbished. So to answer your question I really don't know why it's refurbished, but if you can get it for 150.00 or less I would jump on it.
A:AnswerYou'll probably never find that out. Best Buy themselves would have to tell you why the original purchaser returned the item. I can tell you that my "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" had not be "refurbished" at all. It still had the original purchasers Google account in it, and I could get into their Gmail and everything. After I did a factory reset to clear that out, I discovered that the screen had serious problems, so I took it to Best Buy/Geek Squad and they sent it away for over a week for it to be fixed.
A:AnswerModels sold in the U.S. region support only the U.S. standard of 110-120v/60Hz. We recommend purchasing your product in the region it will be used to ensure compatibility with the power and broadcast standards of that region.
