• There's no difference in the Geek Squad refurbished or open box compared to the new! The Geek Squad never sells anything unless it's in perfect working condition. You save more money by buying an open box, or a refurbished item which is good as new otherwise Best Buy would not sell it. Best Buy has very high standards as The Geek Squad clearly abides by. Nearly everything I buy is open boxed or refurbished. Good as new I promise.
