“I have the sound bar plugged into my cable box & it will turn on in the middle of the night every night, same time, if I don’t unplug it. And when I plug it back in in the morning it turns right on.”

If you have it plugged in by HDMI to the cable box it's best if you connect it to your tv arc connection intend so the TV can control when it turns on and off
