• Hi Kelly! Both the soundbar and subwoofer will need to be plugged in to an outlet to provide power to the speakers. They are not battery powered. Once powered, the Subwoofer features a wireless connection to the soundbar, and you can use Bluetooth from the soundbar for a wireless connection to the TV. ^Tim
