“When I plug everything up correctly, the phone charges but no picture.....”

• Try altering the order in which you plug in the cords. Mine will not work with the charger plugged in and only if I plug the adapter into the phone then the hdmi into the adapter.

• I had the same issue initially, I ended up switching the power sources. I was originally using the fast chargers, but ended up going back to one of the regular one's, and it worked perfect. With that said though, I was using an S4 and a fast charger, so those two technically aren't supposed to be to compatible. My advice though, is if you are using a fast charger, try using a regular one. Hopefully that will do the trick.

• im not sure what you mean by no pictures. Do you mean on your phone?
