It works very good. Just plug it in and seat back and enjoy the movie.

Adapter works good, I have always had a clear picture and this is the perfect substitute for when you don't have wifi to cast. The only draw back that I have found is when you plug in your charger it says use the original charger for a faster charge, and it was the original charger so your phone will go dead right in the middle of a movie if you dont keep any eye on your battery level cause the charger can't keep up while it's charging thru the adapter. (I tried countless different chargers & everyone said the same thing when plugged into the adapter) Also I don't like how the screen on your phone has to stay on the whole time your using it

Got this for use with my avh-4000nex pioneer stereo for the link connection also is easy to connect aND remove when I leave my car so I can use it to play movies from my phone to a tv. Product works and is made for my device Galaxy s6edge originally galaxy note 3 at the time of my purchase. Works great.

I was a little skeptical about whether this cord would work but all doubts and worries were short lived. I purchased this cord to connect to my Samsung S4 phone to watch Netflix on my television. The cord works perfectly. The picture quality was better than expected. I gave it 4 stars because I do feel that it's a bit overpriced compared to other cords that are available for a fraction of the price... but I suppose we are paying for the name brand.

This is a genuine Samsung mhl adapter. I'm using it with a Note 4 without issues. The technology seems to have matured enough that you can pretty much just connect it and go. Keep in mind that using your phone to stream HD content to a television uses a lot of battery. The adapter will prevent your phone from using fast charge mode. You can watch a 2 hour movie if your phone is fully charged at the beginning but not much more.

This usually works well connecting my Note 4 to a computer monitor to view programs from my phone. Wifi was not an option so this was a great find. Did have a few issues once in a while but I am not sure if it was the phone or this cable. The charge port needs to actually keep the phone from draining so much, otherwise this is a pretty good product.

Purchased this to go with my Pioneer AppRadio car stereo, after trying the default Pioneer connector kit which had more cords and connectors that I didn't need. After returning that, and doing a little research I found that this connector was a one piece unit that would let me easily connect my Galaxy S3 and then run the AppRadio app to establish a connection and use all of the data features on my phone with my car stereo. I love it! And the best part is that i can also use the adapter in the house to connect my smartphone to an HDMI TV to share videos that I have recorded, in full 1080 HD video.

It did NOT work with my Samsung tablet but it worked very well with my Samsung phone. The Best Buy guy said would work with the tablet but alas it did not. Actually the phone is a better option since I took the photos on my phone! Now I can show my vacation pictures to friends and family on my big screen TV. Very easy to use!

I initially purchased this for use with my S5 but then I upgraded to the Note 5 and it continues to work flawlessly. I've also used it with my S2 tablet which I love! It was a simple plug and play setup in which you use an hmdi cable to complete the process. I like to watch movies on the go but I found it to be very useful when visiting family and friends. I might add to use this genuine part as I tried an alternative and let's just say it was returned...lol

This device is excellent for hooking up your tablet or smartphone to your television. No set-up needed, just plug it in. I had some content saved to my Micro SD card that I wanted to view on the large screen and I was able to view it crisply and clearly. Also great for playing my music saved to my phone through my non-blutooth stereo system.

I bought this to use with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablet. The connection into the tablet is a little touchy. Sometimes I have to reinsert the cable into the tablet in order to get sound through the TV. In general, this works great. It sends a crystal clear image to the TV. I am able to use the audio out port on the TV to connect the sound to a sound system. With the Tab 3 tablet I do have to plug the adapter into a USB power source to use this. It does charge my tablet while playing. With my wife's Note 3 phone I can get an image on the TV without plugging the adapter into a power source. Overall, I am very pleased. This adapter does exactly what I was looking for.

This product is one of the best connections for the Samsung tablet. I do not recommend that you buy any other brand name for the same function. It will be a waste of your money. You get what you pay for and this is the real thing.

Love streaming with it just wish I could flip a switch and it would let me lock the screen(turn it off) and continue streaming the movie and/or actually charge the battery 100% while watching the movie.

Works as expected. Even with a charger it burns battery life but video looks good and has worked with 5 different hotel tvs so far...

This is such a great product and works awesome. The clarity and quality of the pic is just as it would be on my smartphone. Such an easy device to use and it made it even easier when best buy actually hooked it up to my phone in store and I could see for myself how it worked and that it was compatible with my phone.

I have been through 2 All Share Cast Dongles that are supposed to transmit your Samsung phone image to your HDTV. Neither worked. I picked up this item at half price and it does the job quite well. The picture is clear and the sound is good. It may cut out a tiny bit occasionally but is much better quality and price-wise compared to the 'Dongle' which constantly buffered then just quit working.

After reading reviews I was slightly skeptical on this product. If you have the right phone as listed on the package this thing works great! I just made sure the phone I had was compatible. I hook it up to my TV and its full HD, no lag between the phone and the TV at all. Really Amazing! Totally happy with this purchase. ( we don't have any TV provider available to us because of our remote area...Not even satellite .... With T-mobile we are able to watch any shows we want with our phone hooked up to our TV. )

I've used the adapter a few times now with great success. After reading all the other reviews, I was quite concerned. I purchased two, and so far, they have performed perfectly! Works with my Samsung Galaxy 10.5 tablet like a charm!

This is an Excellent quality cable I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I use it to watch movies from my phone to tv and it is the best investment I've made in years.

I love this product and this is my second time purchasing one. It is for Samsung devices s3 or higher/note 3 or higher, watch whatever you watch on your phone or tablet on your hdtv! showbox, youtube, home videos, it all works!
