I broke my Note 3 phone screen, and it went completely black, but the pen still worked (BONUS BIG FOR BIG 'OL SMART PHABLET). I tried using the screen mirroring which worked but was slow to respond, there is about a half second delay between the press and the result action. Since i was trying to recover pictures, game data, work docs, etc this was painful. I found this option the Samsung - Micro USB-to-HDMI Adapter and it was great. Once you get use to looking at a monitor or tv, while touching your phone this thing is awesome, I recovered all my data in about 20 minutes, verse several hours wasted trying the screen mirroring. The only reason I complained about the external supply is that the Note 3 comes with a usb 3 charging / data cord, so I had to find my old usb 2 cord from a previous device. But overall this thing works great on the Note 3 if you crack your screen and need to recover data because it goes dark. This is also a cool toy to carry with at work if you need to share stuff you have on your phone with others and dont have a smart tv available for screen mirroring.

Product worked ok. It made sending the tablet image over to the large screen TV easy. The picture quality was very diminished. It was suppose to be a 1080p transfer but more like half that. I will keep it to have the flexibility and capability to show movies and videos from the tablet to TV when traveling; that way you watch what you want. It would be nice if Samsung included a Micro-B 3.0 adapter so the unit would fit more secure to the Samsung Note Pro 12.2 model port.

This is a great adapter if you want to watch movies from your phone too tv. The cable supports 1080p and its easy to pick up and use. I have bought a cheaper cable like this and I had problems with it not working an my phone don't recognize cable. So I bought this and haven't had that problem anymore.

I love the fact that I can watch Netflix on my flatscreen tv thru my tablet, so far it's working great!!

Great way to view contents from my phone like downloaded movies on a bigger screen when I'm out of town.

Read a lot of reviews on other branded types. Currently use this with the Sky HD app to work videos on my home TV. Works great and is easy to use.

This was a pretty good purched item for my family and i. We really enjoy movie from our phones to the tv using this device plus so much more.

okay this was great are the package there was an RFI filter that you have to put on no problem just snap it on on the porch shows how to do it in the instructions. Then you plug it into your galaxy device and there is a little a micro USB port on the side of the unit that you plug your your charger into. So while you're watching the movie your Galaxy is under AC power you do not have to watch it just off of the battery.as I stated above their work apps in the audio of about 2 seconds each and if there were about for gaps in a movie. A full length movie.that could have been my machine running too many apps in the background I'll check in and put comments back on this when I verify that. Other than that great piece of equipment a little expensive but worth it.

Nothing fancy but does the job in helping connect my wife's Samsung Tab A tablet to her TV in her sewing room so she can watch Netflix...

Great product I have no complaints other than not working with galaxy s4, but now I have a s5 and my wife the s6 edge and it works perfect

It has a charging port that does not work as it should. When you plug in charger the phone cycles from charging to video constantly. Best Buy told me I had to use my factory charger but my charger is a duel pin charger and wont plug into adapter and Sprint says it the adapter. The fact streaming video is a heavy draw on battery does not help.

My movie night with my daughter went up several notches! She plugs the tablet in and away we go, sharing quality time with one another.

This is a great item, as long as it is charged. I am waiting for Samsung to come out with another version that won't need to be charged.

This was the exact adapter I needed for my note 4, to watch movies on my tv screen. Only downside is, it doesn't fit my fiance's s6.

Thisallows me to pull up movies or any video on my samsung phone and blow it up on my tv screen it works great I thought it would pamper the clarity but it actually enhance the clarity with the television I have would recommend this for anyone looking to do the same

I have unlimited data on my Samsung phone, so what better way to utilize that then with the USB-HDMI adapater. I can stream the internet, watch Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, and other things. It's better than paying an internet bill with provider. The picture quality is really great, it's like watching regular picture perfect TV. The only downsides are it drains your battery, even if you do plug it in with your charger and then Hulu. I think it's Hulu's website that hasn't made much available to utilize this type of device.

This product is way better than using the screen mirroring feature on the Samsung TV. I've compared this product and the screen mirroring and hands down the HDMI adapter is better and needs no WiFi.

The adapter is nice. But, it leaves the screen on and the power supply can't charge it fast enough. The picture on the TV is good.

Isn't technology great. This device did exactly what I wanted it to do. But it is a little pricey. If you need one, do some shopping.

It's a great product worth it's wait in gold. This product allows you to connect your phone to your TV through an HDMI port giving you the ability to view movies and videos from your phone on to your TV. The only draw back is that this cable is a little pricey ( around $60 ).
