• If your are using arc hdmi port then yes if your tv supports arc if not then you can just use the ports as a pass though this is a dolby atmos soundbar so if you cant use arc no atmos which is one of the best features of this soundbar

• Hi Harry, The HW-Q750C Soundbar comes with an eARC port on the Soundbar. You will need to turn eARC ON within your TV as this feature typically is set to OFF on TVs. ~Samsung Solutions

• I'm sure it is through the a, R, c, but if you wanna waste some time called Best Buy, have your phone call, direct it to India and see what happens. I recommend buying Samsung products directly from samsung.com good luck.
