Great Audio experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have added Samsung Q series 5.1.2 soundbar, model HW-750C to my media room. I use it with my projector supported by firestick TV and connected using HDMI cable on ARC port. This produces genuinely great sound, filled all over my media room. I can feel decent Atmos effect with rear speakers connected (wired to its receiver, this is not a complete wireless). Found little difficulty in the rear speaker setup, luckily I was able to figure it out quickly, we need to make sure to peel off the plastic wrap and copper wire touches the metal inside the rear speaker slot. We will hear no sound if not cabled properly. If you’re good at tuning the right audio settings using Samsung’s SmartThings App you’ll get absolute great audio output worth for every penny you spent. I recommend this product.

Great Value, If Available as Open-Box
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great set of speakers for the price. I bought these open box so the price i paid for them was well within the MSRP. The only issue i had with the speakers was a slight delay in the sound when connecting them to my PC. I dont belive this issue has anything to do with the speaker themselves. Just something to think off. I would not personally pay full retail price, but if they are on sale they are definitely worth picking up.

Great Experience!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did some research on TVs before entering Best Buy in Beavercreek Store #266. The young sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the buying process. He affirmed my selection of the Samsung Q750C soundbar but also took the time to show me some comparative models to make sure I was satisfied with my selection. We’ve had the soundbar system for about 2 weeks and absolutely love it. The sound quality is very good, fills our open floor plan, and has enriched our viewing experience!!!

Samsung sound bar evaluation
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They said it was wireless rear speakers and turn out to be a wireless BT rear module and the two rear speakers are infact wired. Other than that it definitely improved the audio out of the tv. I havent found a flat screen television yet that the audio is worth a darn... pics are of the a QN800 85" 8k Samsung, Denon AVR-X3800H and the Samsung sound bar.

Q: QuestionAre the rear speakers wirelessly connected?
Asked by L.
- A:Answer Yes and No. There is a wireless bluetooth receiver but the speakers themselves must be wired to that receiver. That's why I took mine back.
Answered by Muzicman61
Q: QuestionAre the rear speakers really that low in volume? One reviewer mentioned the rear speakers aren't very loud. Can I possibly raise the volume on just the rear speakers (so I don't have to crank up the volume to hear dialog)?
Asked by GenericNickname.
- A:Answer Hi there, You can adjust the volume of your rear speakers using either SmartThings or the provided Soundbar remote. By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume. You will need to make sure that you set the Soundbar to Surround, Game, or Adaptive. If you leave the Soundbar in Standard, the rear channels may not properly send to the rear speakers. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionGiven that this soundbar is 5.1.2 is the sound quality better with the soundbar mounted under the TV, on a wall mount, or sitting on a credenza below the TV?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The main soundbar has two upward-firing speakers at each end. Make sure there is no obstruction for the sound to travel up to the ceiling and reflect back. IMO mounting the bar on the wall may not be the right thing. Placing it on the credenza perhaps is the best option for you; again make sure the upward-firing speakers have a clear path. I personally use a Wali Universal Sound Bar Mount Bracket for the sound bar, that compliments the TV stand, because my TV is mounted on a movable stand.

Q: QuestionHow does it compare to 990c ?
Asked by Frank.
- A:Answer Hi Frank, The HW-Q750C Soundbar is a 5.1.2 Channel Dolby Atmos Soundbar System. The HW-Q990C Soundbar is a 11.1.4 Channel Dolby Atmos Soundbar System. Where the HW-Q750C Soundbar has rear speakers, they do need to be plugged in to the wall for power and to a central wireless transmitter using provided speaker cables. The HW-Q990C Soundbar has rear speakers that only need to be plugged in to he wall for power. The overall Surround Sound and experience will be more cinema-like with the HW-Q990C considering you receive an additional 6 channels and 2 more Atmos channels. Consider going to your local Best Buy location to hear examples of these Soundbars. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionWill this work with my "Samsung - 75" Class LED NU7100 Series - 2160p - Smart 4K UHD TV with HDR" bought in 2019? If not, what do I need to look for that will work?
Asked by JAR.
- A:Answer Hi there, The HW-Q750C Soundbar will connect with any TV that supports Bluetooth, Digital Optical, or HDMI via eARC/ARC. We do recommend using HDMI as this will offer the best overall experience. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionCan you use speaker wire to have more separation between the back speaker? I don't have space in the middle behind the couch for the receiver to go, it's all windows, and the two speaker will probably be 20 feet apart.Receiver will be next to a speaker
Asked by Brian.
- A:Answer Yes you can actually despite what samsung rep said....its only proprietary on the receiver end...the other end of the speaker wire is bare, so you can add more wire to it. I did this exact same thing using 16 gauge wire because i wanted to run the wires in the wall for a nice clean look. Be care stripping back the wires they give you as it is really thin, but i extended it with no problems
