Hi there, You can adjust the volume of your rear speakers using either SmartThings or the provided Soundbar remote. By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume. You will need to make sure that you set the Soundbar to Surround, Game, or Adaptive. If you leave the Soundbar in Standard, the rear channels may not properly send to the rear speakers. ~Samsung Solutions
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! Google it! Read the manual! The best option is to use the Smart Thing App on your phone to adjust the sound on the rear speakers. Or you can do it through the Sound Setting on your TV (not all TV models support it) and via the soundbar remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The rear speakers are not made to provide a large percentage of the sound that's what the bar and woofer do background and ambient sounds get picked up more just watch a movie like Avatar and u will hear them work at their max.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My back 2 speakers were very low volume so I had their Geek Squad come back out to see what the issue was. While here the problem wasn’t fixed but about an hour after they left the speakers started working properly, I don’t know what they did. They were going to come back out again to replace the blue tooth control unit for the 2 back speakers but I cancelled the appt since the speakers are now working fine.
