• It's easiest to do it with the Samsung Smart Things app. Doing it with the remote was very confusing.

• Hi SamsungUser, By pressing on the CH LEVEL button you will be able to cycle through each channel that can be adjusted including the REAR LEVEL speakers. For your subwoofer there are two different ways, either by pressing the TONE CONTROL button and adjusting the bass levels with the UP/DOWN buttons, or by pushing the WOOFER toggle forward or pulling it back. ~Samsung Solutions

• The sub is on the remote and the surrounds work are controlled with the bar.
