Yes. this player can be programmed to be region free though it takes quite a bit of patience and strict direction following. There is a website where other users have posted directions to do this. A simple search on google "samsung dvd-c350 multi region codes" should display several sites with those codes. It took me about 30 minutes and a lot of frustration but now mine will play any region disc.
