A:AnswerI believe the difference is that these are buds that fit into the ear. The FE's look more like the Apple buds where the bud sits in the ear with the arm handing down.
I have had 2 different pairs of those from other manufacturers and the outside noise / noise cancelling, was not as good as with these ear buds.
But I would say that everyone's ears are different and may have different results.
