Quick update to previous answer.. yes there is a panic button on the console. Push the big + button and you get a screen to choose panic, fire, or emergency.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does use a code to DISARM the system. To arm it you just press the Stay/Away area on the screen. You can set up different users and different codes for each person. Not sure if there is a log to see who comes and goes. And yes there is a panic feature feature to notify the authorities, given you're paying for the ADT subscription.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can set up multiple codes with a different nickname as you're asking. There is no duress code which is shocking because all other ADT systems have that option, and even cheaper DIY systems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can set up multiple user codes as you have described and there is a panic function on the panel.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just installed my system yesterday and it's been great so far. You can have separate codes to disarm the system. It asks you to enter the person's name and then the code they will use. You will also need to setup the master code that will allow you to adjust settings on the panel. To arm the system you just push one of the 2 arm mode buttons on the panel or use your phone or ADT keyfob. Arming the system does not require a code, only disarming. From what I can tell there is no way to setup a panic code however there is a panic button on the ADT keyfob.
