Hi Lou, Thanks for your question. There are a few possible explanations for what you're experiencing with your DW80J7550UG Dishwasher involving such factors as water pressure and temperature, or the drain hose may not be routed correctly. I'd suggest reviewing the information on pages 29-30 of the User Manual (see advice for particles left on dishes and film in dishwasher), and on page 19 of the Install Guide (see Figure 12 on that page in particular). In addition, it may be time to clean the filter (see page 26 of the User Manual). Thank you, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I havent experienced this issue with this dishwasher but with my older Frigidaire the issue was caused due to poor drainage and the pump of the dishwasher not working correctly. Left a lot of grim which unfortunately would get splashed on the dishes as they were washed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.U may have a draining type issue where not all the water/food waste is getting pumped out or u could b using a too sudsy dishwasher detergent/soap that can leave behind soapy residue. After the cycle if u keep noticing it run a quick rinse n that might take care of it afterwards
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It shouldn't have anything in the bottom. As long as you are scrapping the chunks off of the plates. If there is water in the bottom, that would be a bad install where they didn't get the drain loop setup right. Otherwise I would call Samsung customer support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't really know but we rinse our dishes prior to loading and have had no problems
