How well does this dishwasher dry dishes? Some of the reviews are mixed but i would like to know if there is a heated dry or is it mediocre on drying dishes?

I have found that it dries dishes really well if you let it go through the entire lengthy drying cycle. There will still be water pooled in the usual places but most things get completely dry.

It dries very well. It just doesn't clean dishes that great. Especially if you use dark colored dishes, you can really tell how poorly it cleans.

The DW80J7550US and most other Samsung Dishwashers use a Condensation Drying method rather than heated dry to save energy. Condensation Drying relies on the residual heat from the dishes to evaporate the moisture, so selecting Sanitize, using a rinse aid, and leaving the door closed until the cycle is complete can help to maximize the effectiveness of the drying.
