• Hello, I am able to download photos, videos, notes, etc. from my iPhone 8 and then transfer everything to my PC. It is actually a very simple process to complete.

• Yes, But: The filenames will look like a68382204e5dc4bb-photo.HEIC In a folder at x:\Camera Roll Backup\2019\12 - Dec. If you change the extension to JPG, it will work fine, or better yet rename the whole file to something more usable, like Piano.jpg. If you have a bulk renamer the process can be a lot easier.
