Yes, you can transfer either way, from your cell phone to your memory card through the computer, please keep in mind your computer should be capable to read memory cards and also have USB port

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is exactly why I bought it! Saved stuff from my phone to free up space and to make sure I had a convenient backup of important stuff on my phone. I too have a Samsung S7. I then attach it to my laptop and all the info I have saved is there.
