A: I have a Samsung Note 3, which came out in 2013 and this product works for me. I put movies, pictures, videos and music on these USB's and the only issue I've had is some tv's, car stereo systems and laptops don't recognize the format that the info is formatted in. The older versions of this product, which are still available, seem to be more compatible with these systems.
Q: I have a Motorola E4+. What micro backup will work. The Micro 32g doesn't get recognized.
A: I had to download the Sandisk Memory Zone app for my device to recognize the flash storage, I didn't have any issues after that. Before getting that app, my device didn't see anything either, which may be the issue your having.
A: You will most likely have to remove the phone from its case to use. I have a ruggedized case on my Note 9, and the port looked large enough, but was hindered from properly plugging it in. It may sound like a hassle, but worth the result.
