QuestionIs micro USB CONNECTOR ON this device compatible with older model LG (LG K20 Plus) and Samsung phones

- Answer I have a Samsung Note 3, which came out in 2013 and this product works for me. I put movies, pictures, videos and music on these USB's and the only issue I've had is some tv's, car stereo systems and laptops don't recognize the format that the info is formatted in. The older versions of this product, which are still available, seem to be more compatible with these systems.

QuestionI have a Motorola E4+. What micro backup will work. The Micro 32g doesn't get recognized.

- Answer I had to download the Sandisk Memory Zone app for my device to recognize the flash storage, I didn't have any issues after that. Before getting that app, my device didn't see anything either, which may be the issue your having.

QuestionThe Sandisk Ultra USB and Flash Drive connections look rather short so if you have an Otterbox protective cover on the cell phone will the Sandisk Ultra connector fit into the cellphone or do you have to remove the protective cover?

- Answer You will most likely have to remove the phone from its case to use. I have a ruggedized case on my Note 9, and the port looked large enough, but was hindered from properly plugging it in. It may sound like a hassle, but worth the result.

- Answer Yes, you can transfer either way, from your cell phone to your memory card through the computer, please keep in mind your computer should be capable to read memory cards and also have USB port
