• If it has a MicroUSB charging port, then yes. It works fine with my Galaxy J7 and my old Asus Zenfone 2. You should have no compatibility issues when you plug the USB end into a computer whether it's running 2.0 or 3.0.

• It appears that your phone has a micro usb slot. If that is the case, and your pc has a usb slot, it should work.

• I often transfer pictures and data between my Samsung S6 Edge and my Dell XPS 8300 PC. If your LG G3 recognizes the drive and your PC recognize the drive, you should be able to exchange data between the devices without issue - provided the two devices both recognize the media format being transferred.
