One stud,all the hardware and more is included .I installed 48 inch sony

2) It does come with all the hardware you need to successfully mount. 
3) Yes, this mount is compatible with your specific TV! It will support your TVs 200 x 200 mm VESA pattern and your TV looks to be under the mounts 55 lbs weight limit.
