Versatility for your Viewing

It offers multiple options for viewing. Most of the time, we have it snug against the wall, but we can pull it out and angle it toward the kitchen when we are gathered there. We can also pull it into the corner of the room and angle it so that it covers the living area, dinner table, and kitchen. If we have guests sleeping on the living room floor or on the couch, they can pull the TV out, tilt it down and have good viewing from their lower vantage point. The mount attaches to one stud, so it's easy to install and center. We utilized the Best Buy installation, which was quick, easy, and very professionally done. This mount might cost a little more, but it allows you to create a home theatre environment. Much safer, too, than setting the TV on a cabinet where it could be knocked over.

Easy Install, High Quality, & Worth the Price

It seems they install pretty easy into a stud with the small mount area and it only needs one stud (bonus!). The ease of use is amazing. Love it. So nice to be able to see behind tv to hook things or move the tv direction for the treadmill or light changes. Not a cheapy but it’ll probably last longer than the tv. Very happy with this brand and would purchase this item time and again.

The table system includes a 40" monitor. We initially tried mounts from online stores and were disappointed. Since we were shipping the table the next day, we were in a rush to find a mount that was sturdy and attractive. I decided to stop by a local Best Buy. I found this mount. It is a first-class design. It is sturdy and attractive. It is now the only one we will on our systems. We have since purchased three of them and will continue to use it as our standard mount.

Excellent use of one arm

At first I was skeptical but all that went to the wayside once I got past the metric ruling height calculation issue and got it installed. Love that I can see in living room and kitchen. So versatile. And moves easily with one finger. Glides you could say. Highly recommended. Will be getting for my other TVs

- A:Answer This series of Bravia TVs don't have a traditional 4 hole VESA mounting pattern... they came with their own proprietary stand that doubled as a wall mount. We do not currently offer a compatible TV wall mount.

Q: QuestionDo the bolts that screw into the wall have to go into studs? Does this then restrict where it can go when positioning it?

- A:Answer Yes, I definitely would not rely on hollow wall anchors to hang a TV on. NO NO NO! Here's what you can do so you can place your TV wherever you want on any wall BUT this still involves locating studs (which is inevitable really). Why do this?: If you find that using only 2 studs will put your TV too far left or too far right on a given wall, you can screw a 2X4 (with 3 pieces of 3/8 inch by 4-5 inch long lag bolts ) across 3 studs (make sure you have a solid "grab" onto each stud with your 4 to 5 inch lag bolts. Put the the 2X4 right onto the wall over the drywall/plaster where you were planning to mount the TV in the first place, then simply mount the TV mounting bracked to that 2X4. It'll all be hidden by the TV (tip: paint it the same color as the wall) so it works quite well and gives you more flexibility on where you put your TV You may need something different than a 2X4 depending on the orientation of the TV hanger's mounting bracket that you choose. Some of the brackets have holes for the bolts (the ones you will now screw into that 2X4) that are left and right oriented and some are up and down. You'll see what I mean when you get there. I could explain that too but I'm tired. GL!

Q: QuestionI had my electrons hide the wires but how do you hide the wires behind the tv from hanging everywhere?

- A:Answer Hi Jessi, This mount has cable covers on the arms of the mount. You then route the cables through the arms and then put the covers back on and they should be hidden.
