How do you I mount from mount and from wall? null

You mount the bracket with the arms to the wall. Fasten the other square plate to the TV. After both the bracket to the wall and plate to TV are finished, raise the TV to the bracket on the wall. The TV basically rests on the bracket, then you tighten one screw to keep the bracket to TV stable and fixed.
