“I got my tv installed by Best Buy team and when I pull it out and try to push it back in the wall, the tv slowly comes back out. Do you know what is the problem?”

• I do not know. I tested mine and the tv stayed in place as it should after pulling the tv out and then pushing it back in place.

• No. I suggest you call Best Buy. I had an issue with it not staying level ..Thet sent the Geek squad out with a replacement to fix my issue. Screw holding TV wss too short.
