“My TV will be in a recessed area with pretty tight fitment such that the mounting bracket would need to be centered over the electrical outlet intended for the TV. Will that work, or will the arms/TV interfere with the use of the outlet once installed?”

• It will most likely interfere. The mounting arms consume just about the entire area inside the mounting bracket when the TV is pushed close to the wall.
