Cord concealment kit is an UP-SELL if using a store installation team. You shouldn't be rushed into an agreement for this service because there are downsides. It could end up being much more expensive apart from the dollar outlay. Just saying. The holes punched in the wall are permanent unless and until the wall is restored to the original appearance, or the holes are concealed. Running cables behind the wall, cutting into drywall, and installing hardware could be problematic to the structural integrity or interfere with original wiring. The store installers are specialized, you can't call them back later, so any problems or changes that crop up after they leave must be addressed by you or a professional. At a minimum there will be two cords running through the articulating arms of the wall mount. For AC power, know in advance the length of the TV power cord. This may limit where you can mount the TV. A power strip would be handy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That would need to be a separate purchase.
