- Answer Hey Chuck, What is the specific model number of your TV? I'm having trouble finding your TVs VESA pattern. If it has one of the following VESA patterns 75 x 75mm,100 x 100mm , 200 x 100mm, 200 x 200mm and is under the 35 lbs weight limit it should work. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

- Answer So if you are facing the TV and it is flat it pulls out straight and can swing to the right or left. See the attached link which has attachments for the instructions and technical drawings. https://www.sanus.com/en_US/products/mounts/bsf316/ Hope this helps.

QuestionIs there a way to tighten the hinge points? My TV is 19lbs and it will not stay in place. The hinges are far too loose.

- Answer I have the same issue and have to return it and mount a different one as there is no way to add tension the way this is designed. Skip the hassle of this on and buy something else like a kanto ls340. This mount is also impossible to level the tv as designed. Push the tv back flat and level it, then swing all the way right and left and you'll see it sloping even on a bracket that is perfectly vertical.

- Answer While I can’t say for certain that it does work with that tv— I mounted it on a different tv. The mount comes with several different sized screws that they have included to fit as many different tv mount designs as possible. The bracket that attaches to the tv has many different hole configurations to also accommodate varying manufacturer setups. Short answer: 97% chance it should work fine, and the install process is very easy. I was done in 10 minutes or less.

- Answer You mount a bracket to the back of your TV, and that bracket hooks in to the top of the wall mount arm and is secured with a screw that is included.

QuestionI installed this mount (BSF316) and it works great. Problem is I can't figure out how to remove the cable covers. I applied a lot of pressure to slide and/or lift these things out. I'm afraid I'll break them if I try any harder.

- Answer Never mind. I pried on them and they popped out. Unfortunately the channels weren't deep enough for two 4K HDMI cables and the power cable. Ended up using cable ties to secure them. Thanks anyway..

Question1) How do you install the mount, when the studs are aluminum and not wood? The existing holes where there was a TV Mount are to small for the bolt to fit. 2) Do you offer installation for TV Mounts?

- Answer Hi, You will need a Steel Stud TV Mounting Kit, that includes snap toggles for steel stud install. Also I'd like to point out that a full motion mount is not recommended on steel studs. With a full motion mount the steel studs can warp due to the twisting motion. Tilt, and fixed mounts are recommended for steel stud install.
