• I have the same issue and have to return it and mount a different one as there is no way to add tension the way this is designed. Skip the hassle of this on and buy something else like a kanto ls340. This mount is also impossible to level the tv as designed. Push the tv back flat and level it, then swing all the way right and left and you'll see it sloping even on a bracket that is perfectly vertical.
