QuestionCan this be installed upside down? Are the swivel arm.pivot points secured with pins that will not fall out if turned 180 degrees upside down? I need for the TV mounting bracket to be below (lower than) the wall mount plate.

- Answer the dead give away is the mounting plate as you can see is the same as the top is consequently it can mount in any way you place it the so called pins will not work them self out of the mount LOVE YA ....

- Answer Fully extended: about 15". One thing to pay attention to though: the length of your TV cord! Didn't think about that when I bought this and our cord is just barely long enough to reach the full length!

- Answer Is the mount centered on the stud? Sometime with single stud mounts its easy for them to shift a little when securing them with the lag bolts making it uneven. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

QuestionWill this swivel wall mount bracket work with Samsung 32" Q50 TV? Does tilt left side to right? & have a strong Pull & Tilt style mounting hardware so right edge of TV allows an inch or so 'air gap' so cables don't crush. Will Geek squad instal?

- Answer To remove the TV from the wall plate. Lift the TV upward so the wall plate arm lifts off of the wall plate. Make sure to remove the securement screws before removing the TV from the wall. - Katie @ SANUS
