“1) How do you install the mount, when the studs are aluminum and not wood? The existing holes where there was a TV Mount are to small for the bolt to fit. 2) Do you offer installation for TV Mounts?”

Hi, You will need a Steel Stud TV Mounting Kit, that includes snap toggles for steel stud install. Also I'd like to point out that a full motion mount is not recommended on steel studs. With a full motion mount the steel studs can warp due to the twisting motion. Tilt, and fixed mounts are recommended for steel stud install.
