Not likely. You would have to be able to find a hollow space behind the brick through which you could pull the cables. The fireplace is probably solid masonry.

This product is specifically designed for sheetrock. If using above a fireplace, please check with your local code.

I don't think its design for a brick, its for sheet-rock..
