Buy additional bottom inlet. Legrand sells it

Low voltage cables should be able to fit through the brush access plate. You may have better luck pulling the cords through before attaching the plates to the wall, or pulling the largest cables through first. You may also find that one end of a cable is smaller than the other, so starting with the smaller end first can help as well.
