I would recommend laying the tv flat on a padded surface, lay the mount on the tv (don’t install it yet) and measure the distance from the bottom of the tv to the mounting holes. Take that dimension and transfer it to the wall and you should be good to go. Remember: measure twice and install once!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I mounted the wall mount to make sure the tv cleared 42” from the ground. We have 30” high cabinets underneath the tv and wanted to make sure we can place things on top of the cabinets without blocking he tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The mount that attaches to the wall can be in just about any spot. The way you mount the arms to the TV itself dictates how high or low the TV will sit. I had to change which holes to mount to the tv several times before I got it right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Jon, This actually depends on the model # of your TV and where the mounting holes fall on it (top, middle, bottom, etc). Feel free to give us a call or check out the specs at 800-359-5520. Kathryn @SANUS
