“For safety purposes, we need to wall mount a 65" LG TV on the wall of a room in an Assisted Living Facility. The Facility is a new building with METAL studs. Will this or any other mount be suitable to mount through the wall board into metal studs?”

Cut out the drywall and install wood blocking. Now re-install the drywall. Patch and paint. Metal studs holds drywall fine but hanging a 40 # TV is another thing.
