Depends on how much you want to raise the TV. If it is a 1/4 to 1/2" you might try adjusting both level adjustments down. More than that you will need to detach the supports and reattach using different holes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are vertical adjustments available in the mount part that attaches to the monitor. By adjusting which holes are used to attach the mount to the monitor the screen will be higher or lower on the fixed wall mount. There are also horizontal adjustments that can be made by sliding the monitor left and right on the wall bracket, once it is hanging on it.
