• No. The 2 loops are actually plastic pull tabs used to hold and release the lower TV wall mounting bracket rail securely. These pulling loops are a nice feature on this TV wall mounting bracket and they not to be used for mounting any soundbar. These plastic pulling loops are hidden and can't be seen once the TV is safely mounted on the wall mounting bracket. Hope this helps.
