“Will the pull tabs stick out below my TV, I have an LG OLED 65 and the bracket mounts are at the bottom of the TV. Seems like these tabs would hang below. Thanks.”

Nope! Just make sure they are pushed up when you mount the tv......they don't move unless you pull them (those are my cords. No pull strings
