Most likely. It comes with anchors for use with a concrete wall. However, it's probably important to know the depth of the stone fireplace and what's behind it. If the stone is only an inch thick, then half of the concrete anchor will be in whatever is behind the stone (probably plywood?) and the provided anchors are not recommended to be used in wood or dry wall.
