“I bought this mount and was able to successfully mount it to my LG OLED B7A. But unfortunately since the screws are lower on the LG OLED, the bottom of the mount shows underneath the TV. Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck? I included pictures.”

I assume you figured this out already?? Just remove the tv and you’ll have to remove the brackets up so they are not shown. Use the instructions to go to the link for the professional install and they can give you the height details you need.
