I used this product to hang a 65" Sony. It went up very easy with little time. As far as hanging on a log cabin wall, I would say it would be possible as long as you could mount in the center of the log at the top and bottom. If the logs are to far apart it will not be possible.

It will definitely work on your TV mine is 60 in and I’m not really sure if the wood will allow it but I’m sure it will work as well as any other on the wall
