“Is this mount okay to be used outdoors?...will it rust,ect..and cause weakness in the bolts? Wanting to use it to mount Samsung Terrace in stucco on lanaii, which is screened in, but will be in Florida humidity, but is fully protected from direct rain.”

All metal rusts if not protected by paint. Do not use any wall mounts on stucco. You must find the studs behind the stucco and attach the mount with rust treated screws. The screws should be 1 1/2 inches longer than the stucco is thick. ie, if stucco is 1/2 inch thick you need a 2 inch long screw. Do NOT use nails.
