Pull tabs down and unsnap from wall mount lower rail, lift TV up so the upper portion of the supports clear the wall mount upper rail and carry TV wherever you want.

You have to pull the strap things behind the TV down, then tilt the bottom of the TV out, then lift it up and off. It's almost always a two person job.
