• Pull the 2 plastic rings to unlock the arms from the wall plate & lift it off.

• Pull down on each of the two vertical tabs extending below the mount, which releases the bottom catches then, with appropriate help, lift up slightly and out from the bottom then, down to clear the top catches. Best Regards
