“Does this mount come with the lag bolts necessary to mount the bracket to the wall? Also, is the mount pre-assembled and ready to be mounted on the wall as soon as you take it out of the box?”

For the most part it is pre-assembled. Beside having to attach it to the tv its self and the wall. I would recommend pre drilling you lag bolts in the stud to help your install time. Came with the bolt i just went a side under drill bit. Total time of install was 20 minutes.

The wall plate is fully assembled, you will just need to install the brackets on the back of the TV, install the wall plate and hang your TV onto the wall plate.
