• Owners manual says minimum horizontal space between fasteners is 16". The bracket can work on 16", 18" up to 20".

• The mounting surface on the wall plate is 17.72 inches, so it will work with 16" studs. Please let us know if you would like additional product recommendations. Katie @ SANUS
