Customers frequently mention the ease of use and full motion capabilities as significant advantages. The installation process is also praised for being straightforward, with many citing clear instructions. However, some customers note that the mount is expensive and relatively heavy. A few also mention the mount's size as a potential drawback depending on the space available.

I had to go to Lowe's to get smaller screws to attach my TV to the frame. The kit had screws that was too wide and too long. I did use the large spacers because it seemed to fit better.
One thing that is not mentioned in the video and description of online is that in order to slide the TV all the way to the right or left.. you have to remove the TV off the clip and unscrew the bracket.. then slide it over..tighten it up.. then click the TV on the wall mount part.
MUST BE IN A STUD!!!
I would NOT do drywall locking fasteners as this is not a light mount.
Regardless, I love this!!!! I can tilt and bring the TV pretty far out. I also love their cord management system. Glare is no longer an issue when playing games, etc.

I used this to mount a 40" TV in my office which doubles as a guest bedroom. I needed good extension on the arm so the TV can comfortably be viewed from the pull out couch and this suits my needs. No clue if it's easy to install. My brother installed it and did not complain but he does it for a living so who knows . The arm pulls out pretty far and can be tilted up or down. It is a great product for what I need

An Excellent Mount with Flexibility

After a kitchen renovation we had space for a 43" Sony 4K UHD TV. It had an unusual 100x200 VESA mount profile. This mount fit perfectly. It is stable, can pull out, and turn. I mounted the TV sound bar on the lower portion. I mounted the various power supplies to it as well. I've had a bit of a problem in getting it level, likely due to some imbalance with the equipment I mounted. I tried the level adjustments, but they didn't seem to work well and I will try again. That is the basis for a 4 vs 5 rating. Easily installed and a quality mount.

Mount is holding up son’s large flat screen. The “full motion” feature of it is in constant use in his bedroom, he pulls it way off the wall to the foot of his bed daily and then pushes it back to the wall and its still adjusting smoothly and holds the tv level and exactly where you place it. It’s getting a lot of use with a heavy set but works like new.

This mount does the job. Wished there was some extra drag to hold tv in all positions since connected cables will cause mount to not stay in fixed position.

Perfect for 50" TV

We replaced a 42" flat panel tv with a 50". It did not fit as well on the stand we have and the base on the tv did not swivel like our old one so we decided to wall mount it. We read reviews online at Best Buy so when we went to the store had at least some knowledge of what we needed. The sales person listened and recommended this stand over more expensive ones. It was easy to install and mounting our tv was so easy. I did pull up more information on the Sanus website (I like detail pictures for instructions) which made it very easy.
It pulls out from the wall so swivels for clear viewing from either side
Highly recommend.

During a recent remodel I purchased 12 both the fixed and the full range mounts. I highly recommend purchasing the Full motion. While you are spending a few more dollars, it’s well worth the money. The full range allows you to access the back with zero difficulty. We did experience a small problem on our mount holding a 75’ TV. Our mounts are used at a corporate setting. Tons of wiring behind it. Someone forced the mount shut catching a cord between the mount and cutting the cord. Moral of the story, if it doesn’t close with ease, look to make sure nothing is caught. Finally the full mount extends a pretty good distance. Just watch the cords.

This is fourth tv mount that I have purchased from Best Buy. They all have been Sanus brand mounts and the last three have been full motion. They work great and were easy to install. I recommend full motion over tilt especially if you have windows that allow light onto screen. A tilt left or right eliminates glare on screen.

"Swinging" Wall Mount

A TV on this wall mount will NOT hug the wall as tightly as a model that holds your TV motionless, but the trade off is that this is a very movable mount. You can swing and swivel your TV out from the wall, which is especially nice if you want be able to view it from different angles. It also offers a decent range of tilt. In my case, I have large glass doors in my living room that lead out to an enclosed balcony. If I want to take my TV show with me when I step outside, I can swing the TV out to nearly a right angle to the wall to watch from the balcony. Sometimes my wife likes to shift her viewing position to the end of the couch closer to the TV, but she ends up viewing across the TV at a severe angle. I can swing the screen out so she can see it much better. Despite the fact that that the specs recommend this mount for a 37 to 50 inch screen, it's working great for me with a 55 inch screen. The only limitation is that this does make it impossible to turn the screen to full right angle to the wall, but it gets close. The thing I find most remarkable, though, is that this mount swings and swivels very easily, and yet it is also very stable. It stays where I put it. In other words, it only takes a light touch to move it, but it doesn't move by itself. You won't regret choosing this mount, it does a great job. The only concern or reservation I have in recommending it, is that if you are trying to mount your TV very tightly to the wall, this won't be the right pick. However, I seriously doubt you can find a reasonably pried product that could give you a tighter mount without sacrificing the great range of movement and stability that this mount offers.

This full motion wall mount was installed within a reasonable amount of time. My brother installed it and didn't seem to encounter any major issues. He did have to off set it from where I wanted it because of having to line it up with the studs, but that couldn't be changed. I just adjusted it based upon moving the way that it is set to center it more on the wall. One thing that is a bit of a pain is that if it is moved, it can cause the tv to not be even (i.e. it becomes cockeyed), and that has to be adjusted. The handles to adjust it are really tight and difficult to move. With all of this said, I would get another. It offers a wide range of movement. I can change the angle from the living room into the kitchen and have a clean line of sight.

Great Mount for my 50" TV

I recently bought a 50" 4K TV and needed to finally get it off the table. This mount did the trick. It was straightforward to install with some nice templates to help me along. The flexibility to be able to slide the TV along the main bracket on the wall was VERY nice as I wanted to make some fine-tune adjustments once the bracket was mounted. The range of motion and tilting is very nice and smooth.
My unit felt a slight "wobble" in the "rotate" axis even after tightening all the adjustments, but I slid a small piece of thick photographic paper in the joint and now it is solid. I don't know if this is just my unit or if others have encountered this. But I didn't remove a star for it. The specs claim it supports a max 50" TV and 75lbs. I would feel very comfortable going larger than 50" as long as you adhere to the weight spec. So, in that sense, it is "future-proofed" a bit. Highly recommend this unit.

This item works great for what I need it for. The only thing is the screws that came with it to attach the bracket to the tv were not the size that i needed so I had to go to a hardware store to get the right size of screws and washers. That was the only thing but i made it work and it’s still attached so that’s good!!! But yeah i would make sure your tv doesn’t take a certain screw!!!

Very sturdy and adjustable to almost any position. Ultimately an excellent mounting bracket. It is heavy and can be tricky to connect to the television and on the wall given the need for stud support. I am very handy and therefore hanging was no particular trouble. You definitely need To be armed with drills, stud finder, and all the bits. Very happy with the bracket Quality, appearance, and build. The TV does sit out from the wall slightly more than I would like when the television is fully retracted to the wall. However, it would be assumed the television is meant to be extended from the wall given your purchase of this particular model.
