“I was asking about mounting this on a solid concrete wall,not a stud and sheet rock wall . One answer was not firm and the other says it's not covered in the directions. I wouldn't be doing this myself, I would have you do it. So please re answer”

Yes, this can be mounted to a concrete wall/block. It does come with concrete anchors. It is easy to install with a concrete drill bit. If you are having someone else (geek squad) install this, they will have all the tools to do this on any surface.
